This project was developed for the agency COSSETTE, addressing a key industry challenge: attracting, engaging, and retaining Generation Z talent. The campaign is built around a simple truth—the first year at a new job is never easy—and a clear promise: to genuinely support new hires from day one.

Through research, three core values emerged as essential to connecting with Gen Z: authenticity, growth, and fun. These insights informed the creative direction, resulting in a series of three posters and a social media animation designed to capture attention while reflecting COSSETTE’s bold, modern visual identity.

The agency’s well-known motto, “Give a sht,”* served as a guiding principle throughout the campaign, reinforcing a tone that is honest, engaged, and unapologetically human.
